Studio Skills
Conducting photo-shoots inside a well equipped studio can produce some of the most creative and imaginative photographic images due to the ability to take full control of the lighting throughout the whole shoot. The studio lighting systems can not only mimic natural light but, by adding extra lighting units and redirecting light with reflectors, etc., can illuminate areas that are just not possible under normal ambient light conditions.
Our studio at Photo Model Holidays is fully equipped with a wide range of studio flash units complete with soft boxes, umbrellas, barn-doors, grids, snoots, flats, gels and radio triggering devices that are suitable for most popular cameras. In addition to the lighting equipment, there are fan units, numerous backdrops, clothing and accessories, studio quality tripods, plus a smoke generating machine, all available to the visiting photographer.
The project covers all aspects of studio strobe lighting from a single light set-up to a multi-light production. In addition to the lighting, the inclusion of special effects by way of the fan units, smoke machine, LED lights and multi-coloured gels all add to the creativity and magic of the studio shoot.
